We offer a 7-day return window for non-personalized items, starting from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition as received

In its original packaging (with tags, if applicable)

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

All personalized items are FINAL SALE and non-returnable.

Any item customized with names, initials, dates, or special designs
Once a personalized item enters production, it cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged, or cancelled, except in cases of defect or error on our part.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges are available only for non-personalized items and are subject to availability.
To exchange an item:

Request a return for the original item

Once approved, place a new order for the replacement item

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, weâll notify you of the refund status.
